UPS Batteries

TIMA Power Systems offers a wide variety of new and replacement batteries, racks and accessories for UPS systems, DC power plants, and telecommunications equipment. These are typically valve regulated lead acid (VRLA) batteries, but many other types of batteries are also available including long-life nickel cadmium, and flooded wet cell batteries.

Depending on the type of battery, the amount of usage, environment, and maintenance history, batteries can require replacement as early as 2-3 years after being put into service. If not replaced at the appropriate time, a weak battery array can cause interruption or loss of service to mission critical operations.

In addition to providing new and replacement batteries, TIMA Power Systems offers other services including deinstallation and disposal of old batteries, installation and calibration of new batteries, and comprehensive preventative maintenance services.
